Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and PingZero ("PingZero", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the PingZero app, website or service, or by buying a plan or key, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PingZero.
1. What PingZero is
PingZero is a Windows app that can send your supported game's network traffic through our servers when that route is faster or steadier than your normal one provided by your Internet Service Provider. It measures both routes and shows you real numbers. PingZero only changes the network route. It does not read, change or add anything to your game, its files or its memory.
What we can't promise. PingZero can't fix Wi-Fi problems, a busy home connection, problems at your internet provider, or the game's own servers. Results depend on where you live, your internet provider and the game server you play on. If PingZero can't beat your normal route, the app tells you and keeps you on it.
2. Your account
- Give us a real email address and keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share, sell or rent your account or keys.
- Your account works on one PC at a time. You can move it to a new PC from the app, up to 2 times a month.
- Check that your PC can run PingZero before you buy: Windows 10 or 11, and a game PingZero supports. The free trial is the easiest way to check.
3. Free trial
- New players get one free trial of 3 days. No card is needed.
- One free trial per person and per PC. Trying to get more trials (new accounts, fake emails, virtual machines or faking PC details) can get accounts banned.
4. Plans, payments and renewals
- Plans: Day Pass (24 hours), Week Pass (7 days), Monthly, 6 Months and Yearly. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Day Pass and Week Pass are one-time purchases and don't renew.
- Monthly, 6 Months and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you 3 days before every renewal.
- You can cancel any time. You keep your time until the end of the period you paid for.
- Your price stays the same at renewal. If we ever change it, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Buying while your plan is active adds time. Nothing you paid for is lost.
- Payments are processed by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- By paying, you confirm the payment method is yours (or you have permission to use it) and the purchase is legal.
5. Keys and proof of purchase
- Keys add time to an account. Each key works once. Keys from giveaways have no cash value.
- Only use keys and orders that are really yours. Using someone else's key, order or receipt gets the account banned from PingZero and future purchases.
- Keys bought from anyone other than PingZero (resellers, trades, "cheap key" sites) can be cancelled with no refund.
6. Refunds: the PingZero Promise
If PingZero didn't lower your ping, you can get your money back. The full rules are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
The one exception: the Day Pass is non-refundable, no matter what. It's a one-time 24-hour pass, so once it's bought it can't be refunded. Start with the free trial to see your own numbers before you buy a Day Pass.
7. Chargebacks, disputes and fraud
Please email us before you go to your bank. We answer fast, and a refund from us is quicker than a dispute. If you start a chargeback or payment dispute anyway:
- We remove the time from your account right away, and we can ban the account and its PC from PingZero, our Discord and future purchases, whatever the dispute's result.
- Fraud, like using a stolen card or someone else's payment method, gets a permanent ban, and we may report it to the payment provider and the police.
If you open a dispute, we may send the payment provider proof of your purchase and use: the order, the Account ID entered at checkout, your login and session history (dates, IP addresses and PC), the time you used, and our messages with you.
8. Fair use
When you use PingZero, you agree not to:
- Break your game's rules, or use cheats while using PingZero.
- Attack, overload, scan or try to break into PingZero's servers, or other players.
- Send anything other than supported game traffic through PingZero.
- Use PingZero to get around a game's region locks, matchmaking rules or bans.
- Use PingZero for anything illegal.
We can suspend or ban accounts and PCs that break these rules. If we ban you for breaking them, you won't get a refund.
9. Cracks, leaks and sharing
- Don't crack, copy, change, reverse engineer, resell or share the app, its keys or your account.
- That includes posting them on file-sharing sites, Discord servers, social media, websites or in private messages.
- If you are, or were, part of a group or server that leaks or cracks apps, we can refuse you service with no refund.
- Breaking these rules gets the account and PC banned for good, and we may take legal action.
10. Games and anti-cheat
PingZero only changes the network route and never touches game files or memory. We test PingZero with the games we support, but game companies make their own rules, and we can't control them. We aren't responsible for actions a game company takes on your game account. PingZero isn't made by or connected to Epic Games or any other game company.
11. Service changes and downtime
We work hard to keep PingZero running, but servers can go down for maintenance or problems outside our control. If PingZero is down on our side for more than 24 hours in a row, contact us and we'll add the lost time to your account, or refund it. We may add, change or remove features, servers and games. We'll tell you about big changes ahead of time.
12. The app and updates
Each plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the PingZero app on one PC at a time while your account is in good standing. The app updates itself so you always have the latest fixes. PingZero, its name, logo and app belong to us. Game names and logos belong to their owners.
13. Support
Get help in the app, in our Discord, or by email. Support is given as soon as we can. We can refuse support for accounts that break these terms or use a changed or cracked app. Asking for support isn't a refund request.
14. Disclaimer and limits
PingZero is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't make any promises that aren't written in these terms, and we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost matches, ranks, tournament results or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
15. Ending your account
You can stop using PingZero and delete your account at any time from the app. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut PingZero down, we'll give at least 30 days notice and refund unused time on Monthly, 6 Months and Yearly plans.
16. Changes to these terms
The newest version is always on this page. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies. Using PingZero after that means you accept the new terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where the consumer laws of the place you live give you more protection.
18. The whole agreement
These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and PingZero. If a court finds any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
