Quick fixes
Common questions, fast answers.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
That message shows up for new apps. Click "More info", then "Run anyway". PingZero is safe and never touches your game.
It says "Watching"
PingZero is on. Your normal route is already the fastest right now, so PingZero keeps you on it. It checks again every 2 minutes and moves you the moment a server is faster.
"No PingZero server answered"
Your network may be blocking the connection (common on school and work networks). Try another network, or tell us in Discord and we'll help.
I got a new PC
Just log in on the new PC. The app asks to move your account over. You can move it 2 times a month.
Forgot my password
Click "Forgot password" on the login screen and we'll email you a code.
How do I cancel?
Use the one-click cancel link in the email we send 3 days before every renewal, or email us. You keep your time until the end of the period. Want a refund? See the Refund Policy.
Try it free. Pay only if it helps.
Start with 3 free days, no card. Then buy from the app, your Account ID fills in by itself. Didn't lower your ping? Refund within 24 hours of your first purchase (Day Pass excluded).
