Yes. The X hides PingZero in the tray by the clock, and Boost keeps working. Right-click the tray icon to quit. You can change this in Settings.

If your internet takes a long or crowded road to the game server, yes. PingZero moves your game onto a faster one. If your normal road is already the fastest, no app can beat it, so PingZero tells you and keeps you on it. Either way, the free trial shows you your real numbers before you pay.

PingZero has servers for Fortnite and Valorant in NA East, NA Central, NA West and Europe. If you play on one of those, it can help. Other regions, like Brazil, Asia and Oceania, aren't ready yet. The free trial's server test shows you in about 40 seconds if PingZero can lower your ping.

Many boosters show your ping to their own server, which always looks tiny. PingZero shows your full ping to the real game server, which is the number you actually feel in game.

Boost puts your game on Amazon's private network at an entry point near you, instead of the busy public internet. It's the same PingZero server with a much better road to it. It's on by default in NA East, NA West and Europe.

Yes. Turn on Wi-Fi gaming mode to stop the Windows Wi-Fi scans that cause lag spikes. A cable is still best for gaming.

Yes. PingZero never reads, changes or adds anything to the game, its files or its memory. It only changes the network road your game traffic takes, much like a VPN. We test it with every game we support.

One PC at a time per account. If you get a new PC, log in there and the app moves your account over. You can move it 2 times a month.

No. PingZero only handles your game's network traffic, which is tiny. It doesn't run anything inside the game.

Then you get your money back. Start with the free trial to see your own numbers first. If you buy and PingZero didn't lower your ping, ask within 24 hours of your first purchase for a full refund. The Day Pass can't be refunded.

The easiest way is the Plan page in the app. It knows your account, so your time is added the moment you pay. On this website, type your Account ID at checkout, or use the same email as your PingZero account. If we can't match it, we email you a key to use in the app.

We email you 3 days before every renewal, with a link to cancel in one click. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you. Either way, you keep your time until the end of the period you paid for.
